Before you read the rest of this post, I think I should write some kind of disclaimer.
This post is meant to make you think outside of the box. It is controversial and thought provoking. It has nothing to do with taking sides, any particular religion or faith. If you are wondering why you never heard of this story before it is because the mainstream media did not want you to know. CNN’s Larry King Live was interested in having Charlie Sheen on the show to discuss the questions of 9/11. However, they could not find anyone from opposing opinions to come on the show and debate the issues with Charlie Sheen. The dialogue you are about to read has NOT happen for real. It has been written by Charlie Sheen as a way to get the public’s attention. It was released on September 11, 2009. Whether you believe the catastrophe of 9/11 was an inside job or not, you can not say many questions are still not answered. Many of the victims and their families would like to see the investigation re-opened. After you read this I’d like to know your opinions. Let the discussion begin!

Finally posted my first video for my Avon YouTube channel. It is a place where I will be posting videos of products that I actually use and love. Seeing is believing. Instead of just telling you about it in my blog I wanted to have a more one-on-one experience with you. More videos will follow in the near future since there are different catalogues that come out often. As soon as I’m able to send e-brochures, those that don’t live in the same city will be able to shop Avon with me.

The official premiere of the new Malish music video is happening today. I’m not one to promote or big up anyone of anything that I don’t truly feel or like myself. Regardless of if you are my friend or not. I can’t be fake. When I support you, know that it is from the heart.
Malicious is from Montreal and with his latest video called Hometown featuring Adele; he continues to put Montreal on the map of hip hop world wide. Hip hop is not dead. It is alive and kicking in places you may not know exist. This video showcases some of the many areas of the city. Recognize that not every song needs a catchy hook or a rapper singing out his raps to be a hit. If you are like myself, send this video to your friends and post it on your social networks. At the end of this entry, you will see some icons like Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and so on. You can share this post with one click.
Without further ado I present to you, “Hometown”.

It looks like the mainstream media and I more or less have the same opinion on the infamous Chris Brown interview. Two days ago he appeared on Larry King Live along with is mother and attorney. I watched with an open mind as to not judge him by my personal feelings. After the interview was over I did not understand why he spoke in the first place. He did not reveal anything new. When it came to the hard questions, he stuttered out what seemed to be his generic answer. He did not want to get into any detail because he felt it was a private matter between him and Rihanna and he wanted to respect her privacy as well. Fine. Keep the situation private. That is his prerogative. Just don’t go on Larry King thinking you will come across as remorseful with your baby blue sweater and bow tie to match. He may as well have not done the interview if he really did not want to or couldn’t answer any of the questions people/fans wanted answered. As he was trying to come up with answers to a lot of the questions, his attorney would interject and answer for him.

Now today another story has come out involving Chris Brown and Oprah! Soon after the incident took place with Brown and Rihanna in February, Oprah did a show on domestic abuse and young women especially. As you would expect, Oprah is very much against this.
Chris Brown: “I commend Oprah on being like, ‘This is a problem,’ but it was a slap in my face,” Chris tells People.”I did a lot of stuff for her, like going to Africa and performing for her school. She could have been more helpful, like, ‘Okay, I’m going to help both of these people out.’”
Oprah’s statement to TMZ: “Oprah is very appreciative that Chris Brown performed at her school but she takes domestic abuse very seriously. She hopes he gets the counseling he needs.”
I saw the Oprah show in question and it was not one sided. It was also about the abusers getting help to brake the violent cycle. When you get yourself in these kind of predicaments you can only defend yourself so much. Chris needs to just keep a low profile, stop taking interviews for a while, do his community service and councelling. He will not be condemed for life but for now, the best thing is to do what you have to do to improve yourself as a person and in the eyes of everyone else. It sucks that is how it is when you are in the public eye but it is what it is.
If you missed the interview, part one is here. You can find the other parts by watching on YouTube.

A local hip hop artist performed a free show here in Montreal yesterday. Bad News Brown was at club Soda for his official CD release party. The only harmonica playing hip hop artist out there. His album Born 2 Sin is in HMV and
online on iTunes.
Brown is not new to the game. He has been blowing into that harmonica for years now and to anyone who would listen. If you are not from Montreal, you have to understand that we as people are a tough crowd to please. If you come across as fake or not on point then we WILL let you know. If an artist from Montreal can make it in his/her own city then he/she can make it anywhere! I’ve always been a fan of what Bad News does but, have never seen him perform a show headlining himself. So I decided to go to his CD release party to see for myself. I went there with an open mind. I was hoping for a good turn out. As Montrealers and hip hop lovers, even if we like you, not enough of us will come out and support. Buy a CD, buy a ticket for a show and so on. I think it will take one or two hip hop artists to blow up in the USA before we give credit where credit is due. Sad but true. He has performed not only here in Canada but in the US as well.
The show began with him and his people making their entrance into the crowd. There was some production put into the show as well. From the intro where alien head people were pretty much telling everyone to buy the CD at the door. The big screen on the backdrop, changing scenes to suit each song. The what he calls, “pillow girls” that came out to give him his harmonica. I don’t know about you but I hate it when a performer doesn’t put any thought into their act. Be original and creative. If people wanted to here songs one after the other we would listen to them on our audio player of choice. Ahh I’m done my little rant now. The album is a mixed bag of genres. Lots of dance and club tracks like, Get Fly & Touch Her Body. Hip hop is full of different types of music mixed into one anyway. Not many people only like one kind of music. Brown was smart in making this an album with a little something for anyone. The venue did fill up and was pleased to see people support a local artist. Check out a couple of his music videos to get a sample of what you have been missing!
