Last week, I went shopping with my mom, one of her friends and my best friend. It was a fun day. My mom is not a shopper but for some reason, she was loving it. Her friend the brought us into a store called LUSH. It sells natural soaps, bath balms, shampoos, cosmetics, creams, lip balms, and more. I’ve walked by the store numerous times but at a different location. Never went in until last week. Lately I’ve been making a conscious effort to be aware of how things are made. What they are made of and what it can do to you.

I’ve tried one of the shampoos, body wash, and two of the handmade soaps. One is a deep cleanser and it really exfoliates the skin. You can buy as much of the soaps as like. They cut off a piece as if they were cutting a piece of fudge for you. It’s wrapped in recyclable paper. Which you can just put in your recycle bin. The scents from these soaps will surround you in your shower or bath. Have your bathroom smell like, chocolate, citrus, honey and more. They even have LUSH products for men. It’s a great gift for those metro-sexual, diva men in your life.

Ladies, you’re dating a guy, everything is going well. You enjoy each other’s company. The dates are fun. He calls when he says he will. This is the beginning of a budding relationship. The question is; are you in a relationship? Women have a tendency to want to put labels on everything. It makes us feel secure so we know where we stand. If there is no label, then we will be contemplating about what the deal is. It’s just how we are. For the most part anyway.
I don’t think you always need to initiate that talk. The one where you come out and ask the guy you’ve been dating if the two of you are going anywhere. Guys get so freaked out about this. As long as things are going well with you, they don’t really think about the label in the beginning. Once you bring up the talk, the chances of him saying right away that you are in a relationship are very slim. They will talk their way around it. Then you feel like you’re not on the same page. You question how you feel about him. Yadda, yadda, yadda.
First of all if you don’t want to know the answer, don’t ask the question. Period! On the other hand if you DO want to know, this is what you can try. Instead of asking him where this is going, don’t ask him anything. Go about your life as normal. Since you’re not technically in a relationship yet, go out with other guys. Chill with your guy friends, continue those wild girls night out. If a guy feels he is yours, he will let you know. Being around other guys and behaving as if you’re single (because you still are) will give you a good indication on if he has claimed you yet or not.
This can only work if you have been dating for a few months. If you are in a on again, off again relationship then forget the above advice and just come out with it. At this point you need to know. Or make the decision yourself.
I have tried this tactic a few times myself and it holds true each time. Guys am I right? Ladies have you done this yourself?

It’s been a long time. How have you been? A couple of months ago I had to take a break from blogging due to personal matters. Everything is a lot better now so it’s a pleasure to get back to my blog. Maybe it is your first time reading my blog. If so, check out some of my past entries and look forward to many new ones.
When I find good deals or sales I like to share it with everyone. I can’t be the only one who likes to save money when I can. Most people in their twenties don’t seem to think about these things. Why not? People of any age want to save a dime or two. So here are my deals for today. Three great sites where you can find deals and printable coupons.
The coupons on the last link are connected to save.ca. However it has more details and deals. So make sure to check out both. The coupons are valid as I’ve used a few of them myself. You’ll find every day items such as over the counter medications, toothpastes, pet foods, foods and more.
Not every one in the USA or Canada was hit as hard as a lot of people by the state of the American economy. If anything, it made you think a bit more about what you spend your money on.
